IMPORTANT: Please remember to attach all parking permits to the lower left corner of the windshield on the drivers side by the steering wheel (see image). This is true for both Temporary Single/Multi-Night permits and Long Term permits.
Foxboro North Stonehaven HOA requires a permit for overnight parking (1:00 A.M. to 6:00 A.M.) in the guest parking stalls.
Visitors and Residents have two main choices for obtaining a permit, Temporary Single-Night/Multi-Night permits and Long Term permits.
To obtain a temporary single-night or multi-night permit, you may either: contact management and fill out a permit request (Resident Request Form / Visitor Request Form), or send a text to the texting system to make the request. Management is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. A resident who has registered their number with the texting system may text the word ‘permit’ to 313-800-7275 and follow the instructions presented. Either way, once approved, you will receive the permit by text and by email.
Residents wishing to use the texting system will need to register their phone number and email with the permit texting program. Please fill out the Text Program Registration Form, and you will receive a welcome text once you are entered into the system. It can take up to 24 hours for your information to be fully registered in the system, but typically happens within a 1/2 hour.
Residents have access to 14 free nights of parking per Parking Year (January 1st to December 31st). If you need more than 14 nights of parking as a resident you will need to contact management and fill out an application for the extra days. Additional nights are $2.00 per night.
Visitors are not restricted as to the number of nights they can park; however, per the governing documents, any visitor staying longer than 14 days is considered a resident and would need to purchase a monthly permit for $10.00/month for a standard size vehicle and $30.00/month for an oversize vehicle provided there is one available. There are 46 total monthly permits available per year (see Long Term Parking below).
For periods of parking longer than 14 days you will need to make your request directly to management rather than through the texting system.

We also would ask that you do not abuse the system. If it becomes too difficult to manage the texting system requests, then permits will only be available through management instead of the texting system.
There are currently 46 long term resident parking permits available each parking year. To obtain a long term permit you must fill out a permit application and turn it in to management (found here). The application deadline is January 1st. If there are more requests for permits than the number of permits available, then a lottery will be held to determine the recipients of the permits for that parking year. If there needs to be a lottery, residents are limited to one (1) permit per household.
If there are fewer requests than permits, they will be distributed on a first-come first-served basis. Any remaining will be distributed the same way. Permit fees are $10.00/month for a standard size vehicle and $30.00/month for oversize vehicles. The fee for a permit will be charged until the permit is returned to management or until the permit expires at the end of the parking year (December 31st).
Any visitor staying longer than 14 days is considered a resident and must obtain a long term permit if using guest parking. Those visitors are subject to a parking fee of $20 per month to park in guest parking and are subject to the same permit restrictions/limitations stated above. Requests should be made directly to management.
